Executive Officer
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Officer to join the team at Pigeon Mountain Primary School. This full-time permanent role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact. The role involves: managing multiple tasks at one time, communicating effectively with students, staff, community and stakeholders, and maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Grade 5 position
Start date by negotiation
Key Responsibilities:
● Provide administrative support to the Principal
● Financial tasks, including Creditors, invoicing, banking, Kindo, budget and audits
● Payroll
● Personnel
● Act as the secretary for the school board
● Compliance
● First aid
● Reception support
Our successful candidate will have:
● Excellent organisational and time-management skills
● Strong written and verbal communication abilities
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team
● Proven experience as an Executive Officer or Personal Assistant in a school environment
● Experience with Xero is an advantage
● Ability to communicate effectively with staff, students, parents, and stakeholders

Junior school team leader, 2025
